Upon booking and attending an appointment with Foot Soul Podiatry, the following policies apply:

• All sales are final, including deposits and consultation fees for both initial consultations and surgery/procedure deposits and biomechanical assessments.
• Any procedures or surgeries that are paid in full to secure the appointment prior to the date of commencement are also strictly non-refundable.
• Any consultation or treatment fees are directly owed to the podiatrist for their expertise and knowledge. There is no definitive time for an appointment, and the fee is not reflective of time but for the assessment.
• As a patient at Foot Soul Podiatry, you reserve the right that, under no circumstance, a medical procedure be refunded once the procedure has taken place. The date and time of the medical procedure prior to it taking place can be amended and changed with a 6 month limit.
• All semi-bespoke insoles/orthotic purchases and prescriptions are final and also non-refundable due to their tailored nature.
• All medical procedures and desired outcomes are not guaranteed but are advised in relation to the latest medical evidence available at the time.
